Each cottage offers a welcome tray for your arrival including home made cakes.

The cottages are well equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer & fridge, (Owl cottage has fridge/freezer). T.V., DVD and video, CD player/radio, and a selection of books, games, videos & DVD's.
Garden furniture and Bar-B-Q areas are provided. Electricity, fuel, bed linen and towels are included, and there is always lots of wood for the fire. There is also a storage shed, washing line and private parking. Cots & high chairs are available. The cottages have a private water supply.

Space in your home freezer?
Then why not return home at the end of your holiday with some Bairnkine lamb, sold in freezer packs of half or whole lambs, conveniently jointed and bagged. If it is available, you can buy a joint to try out too. Arriving late in the evening or just for convenience then a breakfast pack can be available. This will generally include a loaf of home made bread, butter, eggs, tea, coffee, milk, jam, cereal and seasonal fruit at a cost of £15-£20.
